This privacy policy applies to the MCP (Mobile Control Path) application for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), created by 4D SISTEM TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a service that is free to download but requires a license to function. This service is designed to be used “as is”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

-Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
-Information filled out in the license form
-The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise information about your mobile device’s location.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and necessary notifications. (Important critical update)

To improve your experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may request that you provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, first name, last name, and company name. Information requested by the Service Provider will be stored by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services (such as automated mail services). The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information in the following circumstances:

when required by law, for example to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your or others’ safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

**Right to Opt Out**

You can easily stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it. This application does not perform periodic collection; it only collects the minimum information required once when creating a license. You can use standard uninstall procedures that may be available as part of your mobile device or mobile application marketplace/network.

**Data Retention Policy**

The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for the duration of your use of the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish to have your User-Provided Data deleted, please contact them at support@4thewall.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.

**Children**

The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to collect data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children never to submit personally identifiable information through the App and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet use and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children not to provide personally identifiable information through the App and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the App and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (support@4thewall.com) so they can take appropriate action. Also, you must be at least 18 years old to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do this on your behalf).

Security

The Service Provider takes the confidentiality of your information seriously. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic and procedural security measures to protect the information it processes and stores.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by updating it. This page contains the new Privacy Policy. It is recommended that you check this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes; your continued use of the application implies your acceptance of all changes.
